Overview
TWC’s Financial Manual for Grants and Contracts compiles federal, state and agency requirements that apply to recipients and subrecipients of TWC funds. TWC Employees: Refer to TWC policies and procedures for TWC’s operating procedures, including TWC procedures for the conduct of its own procurements and grant application solicitations. This Manual does not govern TWC’s conduct of its own procurements and grant transactions.
