GRACE Conference 2025

Reentering the workforce can be a significant challenge for individuals who have been incarcerated. Time away from the labor market and a criminal record often present barriers to employment. At the same time, many Texas employers are facing labor shortages, driven by the state’s robust economic growth.

To help bridge this gap, the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is proud to host the 4th annual GRACE Conference - Growth through Reentry to Advance Careers & Employment (GRACE). This is an event focused on helping employers grow their workforce by supporting reentry initiatives and providing meaningful employment opportunities to justice-involved individuals.

Topics will include:

• How to become a second chance employer
• How second chance employment opportunities are transforming lives
• How current employers are making second chance hiring successful
