TWC hosts the annual Texas Rising Star Early Educator Conference. This in-person, two-day conference will provide FREE professional development to Texas Rising Star–certified early learning programs with a variety of topics specific to early childhood educators or administrators. 

The 2023 Texas Rising Star Early Educator Conference was held on July 6 – 8, 2023, at the Sheraton Hotel Dallas. Thank you for attending our in-person or virtual sessions. Certificates will be released July 13, 2023, and can be found in the Conference section of your TECPDS Workforce Registry account. 

We hope to see you at one of our 2024 Conferences:

• April 24-26 at Loews Arlington
• July 17-19 at Marriott Marquis in Houston
• October 28-30 at Hilton Anatole in Dallas

Registration is by invitation only and details will be provided in Fall 2023 for Texas Rising Star-certified early learning programs.
