AUSTIN ⎯ Tempur Sealy International Inc. and Igloo Products Corporation have partnered with Blinn College to provide job training using a $991,823 Skills Development Fund grant from the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). The grant will benefit workers in the Workforce Solutions Brazos Valley area.

"House District 13 has a much higher rate of manufacturing jobs per capita at 13.3% than the state average 8.9%. “Skills Development Fund grants generate opportunities for individuals to take charge of their careers and futures,” Said TWC Commissioner Robert Thomas. “This grant as well as Blinn College’s partnership with Tempur Sealy International Inc. and Ingloo Products Corporation invests in individuals and the future of the Brazos Valley workforce.”
