How to Notify TWC of Employer Acquisition

Use the Amended Status Report (Form C-1AM) to amend previously filed Status Reports, update account information, acknowledge acquisitions, or to reopen or close an account. TWC will determine if compensation experience transfers to the acquiring employer.
