November 14, 2022 Revision Notice

This notice is to inform you that TWC has posted revisions to the Board VR Requirements Manual on November 14, 2022. Updates to the Board VR Requirements Manual include clarifications, new and revised forms, and updated procedures. 
 
For ease of review, the following is an overview of the revisions:

  • Revised Chapter 1, Summer Earn and Learn, to clarify and streamline policy language
  • Created Chapter 4, Board VR Contract Standards, to establish basic standards that apply to all three programs
  • Simplified Summer Earn and Learn forms to reduce administrative burden.

Please submit all comments to Alyssa Kee at Alyssa.Kee@twc.texas.gov. TWC-VR will host two meetings to review the changes and answer any questions:

Review Meeting 1 - Thursday November 17th 2:00PM – 3:00PM
Review Meeting 2 – Tuesday November 22nd 10:00AM – 11:00AM. 
 

These revisions will go into effect on Wednesday December 14th, 2022.
