TWC’s Agricultural Services unit works with Workforce Solutions offices around the state to assist employers in the agricultural industry throughout the nation. We can provide skilled workers, industry training and labor market information to help you with your employment needs. Our team coordinates the Texas agricultural recruitment system and provides the following broad-based services:
- Matching employers with job-ready applicants
- Promoting safety and regulatory compliance leading to safer, more efficient agricultural workplaces
- Boosting agricultural job placement and improving awareness of agricultural job opportunities and their economic contributions to the state
