
Texas Career Signing Day is a statewide initiative that provides an opportunity to recognize and celebrate high school students choosing to enter career pathways leading to in-demand careers and occupations directly from high school.
Event Locations
Many Texas Career Signing Day events happen in May to coincide with the end of the high school academic year. Please submit any Fall 2023 or Spring 2024 event details to signingday@twc.texas.gov.

Brazosport College | May 1 | Dow Academic Center | Celebrating the 5th annual Career Signing Day ceremony hosted by the Brazoria County Petrochemical Council. |
Diboll ISD | May 1 | Diboll High School | Celebrating our high school graduates who have chosen to enter the workforce. |
Dallas ISD | May 2 | Career Institute East | Join us in a celebration of our graduating seniors who have completed industry-based certifications, as well as senior students who have received job offers for immediate employment after high school. |
Dallas ISD | May 3 | Charmaine & Robert Price Career Institute South | Join us in a celebration of our graduating seniors who have completed industry-based certifications, as well as senior students who have received job offers for immediate employment after high school. |
Dumas ISD | May 9 | Dumas High School | This event is all about recognizing and celebrating the hard work and dedication of young professionals who are pursuing further training in the trades, medical, and cosmetology fields. 10 CTE students will sign their name to a "Certificate of Intent" to continue their education beyond high school. One of those students will be presented with a $1,000 scholarship from Education Credit Union Foundation. |

Houston ISD | May 18 | Delmar Fieldhouse | Houston ISD Career Readiness Department is proud to announce its 5th Annual Career & Military Signing Day. This signature event is by invitation only, and it celebrates the accomplishment of our graduating seniors that have either secured employment in their respective program of study or enlisted into any branch of the military |
