Having trouble filing an unemployment claim online? Our Unemployment Benefit System online portal is available 24 hours a day but is experiencing a high volume of visitors. We are seeing lower volume on the online portal between 10:00p.m. and 8 a.m. You may want to try back during those hours to file your claim or check the status of your claim.

Overview

The Civil Rights Division of the Texas Workforce Commission offers a variety of comprehensive, interactive presentations and training programs to provide housing providers with a practical understanding of the U.S. and Texas Fair Housing Acts and rules and how to comply.

We provide presentations or training on-site or by other modes such as webinar or phone, at a minimal cost. The length of training varies depending on which program you choose.
