Members serve a three year term, and may serve no more than two consecutive full terms, unless the member is a Client Assistance Program representative. Members appointed to fill a vacancy fill only the remainder of that vacated term.
The Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson are chosen from the appointed members by majority vote. Officers serve a one year term, and may serve no more than three consecutive terms in the same office.
