Employers: You Will Also Need To…
To access the system, employers will need to create a user ID and password, and select and answer three security questions. One of these questions will require providing the last total and taxable wages filed with the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC).
Employers who utilize an agent will need to obtain a new TWC Agent ID from their agent. Employers can then log in to the system and add their agent using this ID.
Agents: You Will Also Need To…
It is crucial for agents to register for a new TWC Agent ID. This ID is essential for clients (employers) to properly associate the agent with their accounts and must be provided to each employer.
